What: Elements classes are designed to onboard new members who have never experienced CrossFit before. These classes are designed to introduce you to fundamental movements and concepts you will regularly see in class at CFW. The focus of these classes will be on quality movement and safety.
Elements will consist of:
- Elements I – Squatting
- Elements II – Pressing
- Elements III – Pulling
Elements will begin with a short classroom session to discuss key CrossFit concepts, CFW policies, technology and new member goals.
Who: New members with no CrossFit experience or upon Coach recommendation
When: By Appointment Only
Elements is $49.00 and non-refundable, but if you register for a membership within one week of taking Elements, we credit the $49.00 towards your membership purchase.
