What: Open Gym is your time to work on a skill, Olympic lifting technique, weaknesses or even do a WOD. It is not a coached class, but there will be a coach their and available for any help you may need.
Who: Open Gym is open to any Member or for Drop-Ins. However, it is strongly recommended that any Member or Drop-In utilizing Open Gym time has gone through the Elements class, whether at CFW or at another box.
When: Open Gym will be Monday – Friday at 4:30pm, Saturday & Sunday from 8am – 10am.
